DesignBuild Search have been engaged by a leading Irish Mechanical Engineering company to assist them with hiring a Quantity Surveyor in Limerick.

• The QS will based on-site at an upcoming Pharmaceutical project, which is expected to last for 2-3 years.
• The role is likely to be based on the client site 5 days per week.
• Reporting into the Senior QS on the project.
• Responsible for driving the change process on site.
• Dealing with the Client, Main Contractor, and other contractors on a daily basis.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Ideally looking for someone with 2-5 years' QS experience.
• Mechanical experience highly desired.
• Familiar with isometric drawings.
• Knowledge of process pipework.
