DesignBuild Search is currently working on a Senior Project Manager vacancy for a global construction and engineering company with mulitple offices across Ireland.

The Senior PM will be based in either Dublin, Cork, or Galway

• You will be working on large scale, multi-sector construction projects for high-profile clients.
• There is a large client-facing component to the role.
• The role will cover projects through the whole project lifecycle.
• You will be expected to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• You will be working closely with an Associate Director / Project Director to complete capital investment programs.

• 10+ years total construction industry experience.
• Degree in a Construction, Engineering, Architecture, QS, or similar.
• Postgrad qualification in Project Management (completed, working towards, or desire to undertake).
• Will have worked on building projects - not infrastructure.
• Ideally will have significant consultancy side experience.
• Significant Design Management & Client Facing experience
• Chartered status or working towards
• Experience working with both Public & Private sector clients.

• Salary minimum €65k but can go up to €80-90k for people with the right experience.
