Job Description

• 10 to 15 years of experience in IBM I / AS400
• Expert level proficiency in SYNON, RPG, ILE/RPG, SQL RPG/RPGLE, CL/CLLE, LANSA, LANSA for Web
• Strong experience in DB2/400, MQ, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, FTP/SFTP
• Hands-on experience with debugging, profiling, and performance optimization
• Integration and Modernization Experience integrating IBM i applications with Java, .NET, web applications, or cloud platforms
• Exposure to IBM i modernization tools and strategies Tools and Methodologies
• Experience with change management and version control tools (Aldon, Turnover, Git)
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices
• Experience in solutioning, reviewing and validating technical documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience working in a client-facing technical lead role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
