Job Title- Senior Network System Engineer

Location- Walnut Creek, CA or Reno, NV United States (4 Days Onsite) –Local profile only

Mode of Hire:- Long term contract

Visa Independent Only (GC, USC, GC EAD)

Mendatory skills :- Active Directory, Azure AD, Fortinet firewalls, Crowdstrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender 365, SIEM tools.

Ideal Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from a Four-Year college or University
• Additional professional and management education is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior systems and Network engineer
• Hardware, operating systems, systems software, and communications technologies including VMware virtualization, RH Linux, Windows Server 2016+, and Intel-based servers.
• Storage systems and applications including RAID, NAS, SAN, Veeam backup software.
• Systems and network monitoring tools such as Logic Monitor, Datadog, etc.
• Network technologies and products including Cisco routers, Cisco switches, Fortinet SD-WAN, TCP/IP, SMTP, SNMP, and Cisco Meraki wireless communications.
• Email, collaboration, and office productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 and 8x8.
• Security tools including Active Directory, Azure AD, Fortinet firewalls, Crowdstrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender 365, SIEM tools.
• IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow
• Building and operating standardized/normalized, automated, secure, and self-service cloud platforms for engineering teams, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevSecOps. Experience in Azure is highly desirable.
