Location: Maryland (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Process Consultant to join our team in Maryland. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive expertise in PLM processes, 3D experience tools, BOM management, and data migration. The consultant will play a critical role in optimizing PLM workflows, ensuring seamless data transition, and enhancing change management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and optimize PLM processes, including BOM (Bill of Materials), Parts, and Change Management.
2. Provide expertise in 3D Experience tools, ensuring smooth adoption and implementation.
3. Manage and execute data migration from legacy PLM systems to the 3D Experience platform.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance PLM workflows and system integrations.
5. Develop best practices and process documentation for PLM implementation.

Required Qualifications:

1. 10+ years of experience in PLM consulting and process management.
2. Strong knowledge of 3D Experience tools (Dassault Systèmes preferred).
3. Expertise in BOM management, Parts, and Change Management processes.
4. Hands-on experience in PLM data migration from legacy systems to 3D Experience.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working in manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive industries.
2. Strong understanding of PLM integrations with ERP and CAD systems.
3. Ability to train and mentor teams on PLM best practices and system usage.
