Title: MuleSoft Architect with Core Banking

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary MuleSoft, APIs, and Microservices Architect with a deep understanding of core banking systems. This role will be pivotal in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions that drive our digital transformation initiatives within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong architectural background, expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, and a proven track record of delivering complex integration projects within core banking environments.

Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership:
  • Design and define enterprise-level integration architectures using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, APIs, and microservices.
  • Develop and maintain architectural standards, patterns, and best practices for integration solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and integration patterns.
• MuleSoft Expertise:
  • Lead the design and implementation of MuleSoft API-led connectivity solutions.
  • Develop and maintain reusable MuleSoft components and APIs.
  • Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of MuleSoft integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex MuleSoft integration issues.
• API & Microservices Design:
  • Design and develop RESTful and SOAP APIs using API-first design principles.
  • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions for core banking functionalities.
  • Define API governance and security policies.
  • Design and implement event driven architecture.
• Core Banking Integration:
  • Possess a deep understanding of core banking systems and their integration requirements.
  • Design and implement integration solutions for core banking functionalities (e.g., account management, payments, lending).
  • Work with financial message formats (e.g., ISO 8583, SWIFT).
  • Work with data migrations from legacy banking platforms.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to define integration requirements.
  • Communicate architectural decisions and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Participate in architectural reviews and design discussions.
