Role: Data Analyst

Location: Erie, PA (Day-01 Onsite)

Duration: Long term

• 7+ years of working experience as a Data Analyst. Business Analysis experience would be an advantage.
• Expertise in understanding and converting Business requirements into data needs and ability to write mapping documents and rules.
• Experience in Transformation projects and understanding of legacy data vs current needs by requirements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate the information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of and experience business data analysis, data mapping, query languages (SQL, NOSQL), XML, JSON is required. Oracle, Snowflake, MarkLogic experience would be advantage.
• Experience of working on Cloud platform (AWS) would be a plus.
• Ability to independently perform data analysis with hands-on writing SQL queries.
• Experience in Agile methodology and proficiency in using ADO/Jira Tools.
• Knowledge in technologies like as Python, Spark, is desirable.
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
• Possess good communication skills, should be able to independently interact with stakeholders (Business, Tech Leads, PMs, QA Leads), should work independently with minimum guidance.
