Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator maintains primary responsibility for supporting the marketing, advertising and public relations duties for our clients. The Coordinator is responsible for how the client's brand is positioned in the market, as well as assisting in the daily execution of a marketing strategy that supports overall growth initiatives. The individual must have demonstrated skills in digital and traditional marketing, budgeting, sales support, negotiating, planning, project management, account leadership, market research and B2B marketing. The Marketing Coordinator will be required to interact with internal and external resources in order to complete projects on time and on budget with minimal supervision.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create content for projects including, but not limited to, web, e-media, brochures, data sheets, direct mail, PR, newsletters, tradeshow graphics, customer support materials and media campaigns
  • Support customer growth through lead generation and promotional activities
  • Support commercial and sales activities by creating sales presentations consistent with the company brand
  • Proofreading
  • Event planning, coordinating and execution
  • Conduct market and competitive research
  • Analyze results of marketing campaigns, trade shows and public relations efforts and help make decisions of go-forward strategy
  • Work in CRM, content management and marketing automation tools
  • Managing promotional literature usage and inventory
  • Concept and creative idea generation participation within the marketing team
  • Assist with leadership presentations
  • Assisting with other projects as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned.

Travel:

  • 20%
  • Position requires overseas travel and out-of-state travel for key tradeshows. A candidate with a passport (or the ability to obtain a passport) is required.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written skills with a specific focus on marketing communications and print and website executions
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • 1-3+ years experience in B2B marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access) and G Suite
  • Comfortable working remotely with a remote team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects against tight deadlines with eye for excellence and minimal supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus

Additional Information

COMPENSATION:
Contractual to start. $1344/month
