Job Description

  1. Co-developing digital marketing plans and projects, including strategy and tactical elements, to drive goals;
  2. Work closely with cross-functional partners (Brand, Sales/Service, internal product teams, internal and external creative agencies/Media Owners) in the development of communications;
  3. Work with internal reporting groups to define and report on progress against key business indicators;
  4. Prioritise tasks and appropriately delegate to individual members of the team, ensuring they are given adequate time, resource and are sufficiently trained to execute tasks like reporting: campaign launch, campaign end, monthly & weekly with high quality and consistency;
  5. Support the Manager by delivering quality output in a timely manner and acting as a mentor to junior employees;
  6. Continuously work with the team to arrive at the best process/systems for managing their business, for example, specialist teams/buying dept to promote clients’ interests with strategically important media owners;
  7. Servicing the Client and managing their expectations on delivery timeline;
  8. Overseeing Campaign Setup & Implementation, monitoring and optimization;
  9. Campaign Reporting & Analysis.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum Diploma holder in Digital Communications/ Mass Communications
  2. Minimum 2 years of Digital Experience, with Media Agency background
  3. Strong written and spoken English
  4. Acute to social trends
  5. Applicant must be willing to work at Plaza Damansara, Kuala Lumpur
