Job Description

This vacancy is under iProspect, our business unit that focuses on digital and performance marketing. The following is the roles and responsibilities of a Performance Manager

  • Manage/create/optimize the delivery of campaigns to clients with the team or independently when required. This encompasses PPC, SEO, Display, Video, Mobile and Social. 
  • Adhere to reporting and tagging standards where required for some clients. 
  • Assist Head of Search & Performance in day-to-day tasks of optimizing campaigns, reporting and analysis.
  • Updating clients on statuses, competitor activity/insight and reports on a timely basis. 
  • Hold the role of SEO lead for the team and ensure quality delivery through white hat standards. 
  • Be updated and in-the-know about the search and digital marketing landscape and update team on new discoveries that iProspect could explore. 
  • Explore/Investigate new tools for SEO and Analytics that will add value to the team and client. 
  • Mentor identified team members in areas of SEO and Analytics.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • At least 5 years working experience in paid search (Google and Yahoo! PPC)
  • Search Engine Optimisation skills
  • Google Analytics experience

Desired qualifications:

  • At least a diploma in any field

Essential skills:

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Problem solving and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong software skills, including in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) - Ability to think innovatively and creatively
  •  Must be flexible, highly motivated and able to work on multiple projects and tasks in a fast paced environment
