Job Description

What you'll do:

Be accountable for the in-scope, in-time, in-quality delivery of large-scale project/program in the e-commerce industry. Your work will be to build solid relationships and collaborate with other managers, executive sponsors, program steering committee members, and vendor partners to ensure that all client deliverables are available with the required quality and in time. As a part of our Project Management team, you will be responsible for story prioritization in collaboration with other roles and preparation of high-level release plans and facilitation when and where needed for clarification and capturing of client requirements to meet and identify business needs.

The successful candidate will ensure strategic metrics/KPIs are in place, monitor progress against them, and maintain the project/program budget, financial planning, and monthly invoicing. Your ability to drive communications and alignment between other projects  and program teams will be a crucial asset

Qualifications

What you need to succeed:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in program/project management role, ideally within the IT industry
  • Hands-on experience delivering programs/projects using Agile methodologies;
  • Experience in the field of eCommerce platforms and retail business;
  • Knowledgeable in financial terms and principles;
  • Strong experience in working with MS office tools and Project management tools;
  • A self-starter motivated to take ownership of projects and drive tasks to completion;
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills;
  • Ability to manage own time effectively, prioritize and meet tight deadlines;
  • Excellent verbal and written Engli
