Job Description
The Media Analytics team at Merkle is a fast-growing team of experts who apply rigorous analytics to help our clients assess the impact of their media efforts. We combine our deep media platform knowledge and cross channel expertise to understand the drivers of performance.
We are looking for a manager to be the primary daily SME voice to the client and lead a delivery team to implement strategies and plans that deliver insights and measurements to allow clients to improve their media investment decisions. You will report to the Director, Analytics. This is a hybrid role near Bethesda, MD.
Responsibilities:
- You will be primary contact to client, company partners; manage daily communications
- You will manage a cleanroom environment where we will use log level data to create custom reports based on client requirements
- You will use cleanroom data to create and model audiences for activation and then examine the performance of those audiences from a media and sales perspective
- You will architect solutions based on client's goals
- You will translate requirements into analytics roadmap and delivery plan
- You will lead team and manage delivery chain
- You will deliver end-to-end insights, performance dashboards and Return on investment analysis, applying media, behavior, and performance data
- You will design and implement measurement frameworks, test/learn strategies, and optimization scenarios to improve clients’ media performance
- You will manage business analysts and provide expertise, mentoring, and career advocacy to junior team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Analytics, designing and measuring media or audience-based tests
- Experience with data and modeling tools such as SQL, Python, R, AWS, GCP, Azure, and BI and visualization tools, such as Tableau
- Experience translating partner requests into workable analytics solutions
- Foundational Experience with Mobile and Video advertising in Paid Social and Display
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in statistics, economics or related quantitative field required
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
