We are now looking for Campaign Managers (aka Delivery Managers) with experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to strengthen our team. You will report to one of our Marketing Services Managers. Our Belgrade and Novi Sad offices are hybrid workplaces.

As a Campaign Manager, you will play an important role in the execution and management of marketing campaigns. You will take market briefs and create effective and engaging email campaigns.

Main responsibilities include:

• You carefully assess market briefs to understand campaign goals, target audience, and main messages.
• You develop simple, clear concepts and goals for email campaigns based on the market briefs.
• You work with copywriters and designers to create compelling and visually appealing email assets.
• You configure email templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring they align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
• You coordinate with market teams to gather necessary approvals and feedback, ensuring efficient campaign execution.
• You conduct quality checks on email campaigns to ensure accuracy, functionality, and adherence to standards.
• You analyze and report on email campaign performance, providing recommendations for future improvements.
• You have strong coordination skills, marketing and activation knowledge, familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns

What person and previous experience are we looking for?

• 1+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• High level of fluency in English, Czech language skills are not required
• Team player with a friendly attitude to others
• Quick learner who is ready to accept new challenges and not routine work
• Can translate technical aspects to several business stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS appreciated
• Basic knowledge of SQL appreciated
