We are looking for a Manager for Paid Social Campaigns. Reporting to the Associate Director of Paid Social, you will lead the implementation and optimization of Paid Social campaigns, including reviewing and reporting. You will lead client communications and manage high-volume campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Support full-funnel paid social campaigns to align with client's goals
  • Drive client services and client relationships through subject matter expertise and clear communication
  • Maintain relationships with paid social partners and vendors to nurture performance growth
  • Create media plans that surpass client goals
  • Oversee campaign builds, QAs and optimizations
  • Review and manage client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaigns
  • Build strong relationships across client services team and with external client

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience using paid social media platforms and leading campaigns across Meta Ads Manager/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, among others
  • Knowledge of the basics in paid social, full-funnel marketing and the ability to collaborate with paid media counterparts
  • Ability to manage paid social campaigns from A-Z
  • Agency experience and client-facing experience a must
  • Experience and ability to perform data analysis skills and excel skills (can perform complex functions)
  • Strong QA abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and project management ability
  • Ability to create QBRs, and speak strategically to campaign insights
  • Must be near dentsu's Chicago or NYC office for occasional in-person client meetings

The anticipated salary range for this position is $62,000-$84,000. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
