Job Description

This is a HYBRID role, must be willing to work on site 1-3 days a week in our Chicago office.

We are looking to add a Manager, Media Planning to our Chicago-based iProspect team. You will join a supportive team and work with a client that sees us as a true partner. You and your team will support one of the nation's most well-known CPG brands.

You will serve in an important junior/mid-level role potentially more in time. You will report directly into the Associate Media Director. You will also get to demonstrate your working knowledge of the media space (Traditional and Digital media preferred) and available media research and systems. You will help manage the daily tasks by assuring focus on important client goals and communicating appropriate resource needs to meet ongoing client goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of all media channels and experience coordinating across multiple media disciplines with a heavy focus on TV/CTV/Social/Digital
  • 1+ years of experience with upper funnel media awareness campaigns
  • Coordinate with creative agencies on creative assets and accounts needs
  • Coordinate with multi-channel teams to design modern, strategic and thoughtful integrated media plans across a myriad of awareness-based channels (TV, CTV, Video, Social, Programmatic and Audio)
  • Comfort overseeing and communicating directly with clients on questions and media plans
  • Help evaluate timelines and manage daily deliverables
  • Experience w/ analyzing competitive landscapes, pulling reports using agency tools and compiling insights
  • Manage a large Media Budget and Flowchart
  • Guide media channel selection and forward think on new opportunities

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of total experience in a large agency setting
  • 2+ years of media planning and buying experience within the TV, CTV, Social and digital landscape
  • 1+ years of experience with Media Ocean, DDS, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, Media Tools, Web Analytics, Ad Servers, Media Research tools
  • Understanding of planning sponsorship campaigns on a national level
  • Experience promoting collaborative relationships with other teams
  • Comfortable working with budgets/numbers and an understanding of mathematical concepts

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375 Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
