Key Responsibilities: 

• Assisting senior project accountants with the day-to-day financial management of projects 
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts 
• Assist in the preparation of project financial reports and presentations. 
• Track and report project expenses, including the preparation of invoices and purchase orders 
• Monitor project financials and provide regular updates to the project management team 
• Ensure that project expenses are within budget 
• Collaborate with project managers to identify and resolve any financial issues 
• Assist in the preparation of project financial reports and presentations 
• Perform other financial tasks as assigned 
• Audit & review smaller clients & projects monthly 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or similar experience 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role 
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial analysis 
• Proficient in data analysis, accounts payable and accounts receivable 
• Experience with project accounting and budgeting is a plus 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Experience in auditing is desirable but not mandatory. 
• Key Competences are communication, teamwork, initiative, and dependability.  
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken) 
• German language skills are desirable but not mandatory
