Job Description

This is a remote role, LA/SF/Seattle residents preferred. 

This role will report into the VP. A successful candidate will champion strategically and creatively sharp work, be a true partner to clients, show a passion for the brand and category, and easily navigate a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

  • Act as a primary day-to-day client contact across several large-scale projects
  • Manage the client relationships daily
  • Lead teams through strategic development, creative ideation, production, and flawless execution
  • Anticipate project and/or client needs to always be one step ahead daily of what needs to be accomplished
  • Lead and oversee all account operations as it relates to the business of the agency
  • Identify client issues and work with our agency partners to provide solutions
  • Provide honest and valuable counsel to agency team
  • Collaborate with agency partners as an IAT leader
  • Create applicable development plans for direct reports
  • Inspire agency and client confidence and seek opportunities to advance the client relationship
  • Fuel agency culture and progress

Qualifications

  • Hispanic marketing experience
  • Account team leader/senior client advisor
  • Project management expert
  • 8 years of integrated agency account management experience

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
