The Role

We're looking for an entry-level position as a Client Services Account Executive working within the Merkle client service team across the agency's largest clients. You will report into the Account Director and support and learn from the leadership team on main accounts, overseeing the agency/client engagement and manage the ongoing relationship and coordination between client team members and agency delivery teams.

Life as a Client Services Account Executive at Merkle

As a Client Services Account Executive at Merkle, your daily role and main responsibility will be to ensure operational success for the Client Services Team.

You will have relationships with our teams building to Main Client Partners to ensure that the daily running of Merkle’s accounts run smoothly. This will require you to support in financial and operational processes and reports specifically around forecasting and invoicing processes, publish regular status updates, attend status meetings, and stay on top of industry trends.

We are a close-knit team, and work collaboratively to deliver database developments, customer analysis and marketing campaigns following our client objectives. The Account Executive role is vital in ensuring that all deliveries are successful. As a team, we’re always looking at how we can improve our client’s CRM programmes, so your role will include supporting the Account Managers and Directors in both implementing these improvements and efficiencies. 

Qualifications

What we are looking for in you:

·         Experience digging into prospects' pain points and validating the issues they're facing with the client early on and act as the face of Merkle onsite

·         A team player

·       Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities with agency commercials

·         Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities, with added value and curiosity

·         Attitude is important – we need someone with energy, ideas, curiosity, passion and a experience with proactivity

·         Handling and protection of Merkle information and implementing appropriate procedures
