We’re hiring for a Business Systems Analyst as part of Merkle in Barcelona.

Job Description

We’re seeking a Business Analyst to support our EMEA region. Currently we have over 5,500 employees in across the region. In this pivotal role, you’ll be supporting our regional initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders in all of our markets to develop reporting, implement, consolidate, and report on key metrics whilst supporting strategic initiatives in the region that drive growth.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • You will participate in EMEA transformation initiatives.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders across EMEA to assess current best practice approaches to dashboard reporting, KPI definition and makes recommendations for the best go forward approach.
  • You will define best practices and the design/development of the data layers for reporting development and deployment, implementing new approaches to data management and reporting.
  • Closely collaborate with the EMEA Project Management Office.
  • Collect and collate data from across key stakeholders and provides regular business insight dashboards for the Management Reporting System and prepares presentation summaries for the Merkle EMEA Executive team.
  • Tracks and reports on KPIs and progress on key projects and priorities for the business.

Qualifications

What we are looking for in you:

  • Experience in Business Intelligence Analytics and management reporting
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience in working with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
  • A positive, collaborative and ambitious mindset with great communication skills.
  • Driven, you take ownership and responsibility for work, you are proactive not reactive
  • You can speak fluent English.
