We are now looking for a Business Analyst to join us ASAP on a contract-basis on a project for one of our biggest clients (initial 6 month assignment with possible extension). This role can be performed remotely from within the EU.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with SAFe experience to join our client's Electronics Engineering Team. You will be crucial to the development and completion of projects and will support the scrum teams. You will handle multiple stakeholders and teams with various priorities, ways of working and team structures. You will translate business requirements into technical requirements, prioritise requirements, collaborate with the Project Managers, and bring expertise on how other companies of a similar size/setup make SAFe work.

In particular, you will:

• Translate business/functional requirements into technical requirements
• Work closely with the Project Manager and key stakeholders to understand business requirements and priorities for the project
• Work with the Solution Architects to translate the requirements into the solution design
• Work with the Technical Product Owner to develop the backlog to support the requirements
• Maintain requirements traceability
• Determine and track metrics
• Challenge stories and the teams backlog created by the PO for their technical feasibility
• Provide explanations and guidance for the technical requirements for the developers and acts as contact person for questions
• Apply architectural design principles provided by the Enterprise Architect and Solution Architect
• Coach the team and provide training on SAFe ways of working/best practices

• Fluent English
• SAFe Certified
• Experience managing end-to-end digital programs and initiatives, leveraging agile ways of working and using agile and design thinking tools to create rapid prototyping and pilots
• Relevant experience in a business or executive management role
• Technology portfolio and project management experience
• Experience managing multiple scrum teams
• Experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
• IT consulting experience with a focus on software and firmware development
• Bonus: Prosci, CCMP
