Job Description

iProspect is looking for a Director of Paid Social. You will need to be an expert in all things paid social and can bring this experience to life across their team and your client partners in an impactful way. You will report to the Group Director of Paid Social.

You have experience leading client strategy across paid social, from implementing to optimizing to reporting on campaigns. You have overseen all aspects of Paid Social planning and activations, are current with industry best practices and understand the importance of audience first planning. Important to this position is an understanding of how paid social impacts the bottom line, ensures that success is measured in the right way, and is provided to our clients in a relevant way. You will have experience delivering outstanding media strategy and experience managing a highly engaged team.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be both strategic and hands-on in paid social, serving as a partner to teams across the agency. Experience as a paid social thought leader is a major plus
  • Understand the various marketing challenges that our clients face, while empowering your team to think creatively and strategically across all lines of business
  • Must be an inspiring and dynamic manager that can develop an engaged team while bearing accountability for all deliverables and work produced by the team.
  • Will also help maintain processes and efficiencies for agency-wide collaboration (Media, Analytics, Account Management, Insights & Planning, Social Strategy, Community Management and Creative).
  • Will work with regional/global teams – growing the practice from both a current and new client perspective.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of a combination of paid social experience; leading teams, communicating directly with clients
  • Several years managerial experience; overseeing a team of employees at a media or full-service ad agency
  • Leader who strives to understand client concerns and speak with authority on how to address them
  • Deep knowledge of the paid social landscape and trends
  • Experience leading a high-profile account; experienced in the use of media analytics, strategy and holistic media solutions
  • Experience working with and managing vendors and platforms
  • Experience creating POVs and presentations to improve client's business
  • Experience growing/expanding existing business and participate in new business pitches and department-wide plans
  • Experience working on app-install campaigns
  • Experience presenting in front of C-Level executives
  • Role can be remote. Ideally would like to be located near New York City or Chicago

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,000. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
