Job Description

As a Solution Consultant (Product Manager), you will report into the Chief Solutions Officer, and you will help improve the success of a product from conception to launch and then into adoption, and marketing. You will define a product strategy, prioritizing features, and collaborating with teams across CXO, CTO, CMO, CIO and CDO functions to provide solutions that meet customer needs and achieve business growth.

What you'll bring:

Product Strategy:

  • Define the product vision (working with Strategy teams and a Product Owner) and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and our goals.
  • Develop an understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product development and differentiation.

Requirements Gathering and Prioritisation:

  • Collaborate with team members, including customers, product specialists, marketing, and development teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Work with an assigned business analyst, define clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature prioritization based on value and customer impact.

Collaboration:

  • Work with service design and user experience and creative teams to bring the product strategy to life through digital and marketing channels.
  • Work with technical design and engineering to translate product requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
  • Foster a collaborative and Agile development environment, facilitating communication and understanding across teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Product Development and Launch:

  • Lead product development from concept to launch, ensuring delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and sales enablement materials to guide product adoption and revenue growth.

Product Performance and Iteration:

  • Define metrics to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights and customer feedback
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product optimization and enhancement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience (5 years) in Product Management or similar roles, in the customer experience industry and experience with service design and UX design methodologies.
  • Experience discerning whether a prospect is a good fit for a product based on discovery conversations, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data to lead decision-making.
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects product vision to diverse audiences
  • Lead teams and achieve results.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA) is desirable.
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Marketing Certification (PMC) are advantageous.
