Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and will be responsible for overall team operation
  • Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests will be responsible for ensuring all client SLAs are consistently met by the team
  • Effective team management capabilities
  • Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability
  • Manage client relationships. Deliver superior customer service and ensure organic business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients often through regular calls and meetings
  • Communicate to other departments in the organization to facilitate client requests
  • Identify new client relationships and assist in pitches to potential new clients
  • Give presentations about their organization’s products or services
  • Conceptualize strategies and pro-actively provide ideas - act as a technical consulting partner to the business
  • Assist clients in their effort to maximize revenue through yield analysis and optimization.
  • Effectively manage the budget while optimizing the same towards optimal delivery.
  • Manage a team of account executives and arrange training for them wherever necessary

Generate accurate reports on the status of existing accounts and new business

Qualifications

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Digital ad platforms for Ad Agency, Publisher, Ad Network.  Overall Experience of 10 yrs +
  • CM360, DV360, and other DSPs experience is preferred
  • Strong experience in digital ad operations and digital account management.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and troubleshooting online technical ad-related issues.  Familiarity with VAST or VPAID tags would be added advantage
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business strategy teams
  • Proven ability to gather and filter complex data, providing insights related to analytics and revenue recognition
  • Client-service focused, detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to identify client needs and translate client input into clear direction for the broader core team
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Effective team player.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines, communicating timelines and urgency effectively with stakeholders
