Stellenbeschreibung

We are looking for an HR Director Switzerland to be employed in our Zurich or Geneva office. You will lead the development of an integrated country HR strategy that partners with the business to identify and achieve strategic goals. You will lead the strategic development of the HR team to build our organizational capability for tomorrow's business needs (using the expert network in HR) by creating a culture of continuous improvement. You will report to the HR Director for the DACH region.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy. You use an understanding of the market / cluster / global brand vision, values, main business drivers /strategic challenges and people data insights to co lead and implement the people strategy. You lead processes and resources.
  • HR Operations. You demonstrate excellence in HR Operational Service including Payroll, Reporting, HRIS (Workday) and local market government regulation and compliance.
  • Senior Business Relationships. You build partnerships with important senior functional leaders, establishing creditability as a strategic partner through developing an understanding of the business direction and competitive landscape. You provide insights that would improve the effectiveness of the leadership team, and you act as a coach and constructive challenger.
  • Talent and Resource Strategy & Management. You create support for the talent and resource management strategy which is successful in retaining the calibre of talents to grow the business forward. You participate in the organization design and definition exercise and lead the talent planning agenda in alignment with the global agenda.
  • Business Management. You have a clear understanding of the organizational capabilities and understand how this aligns with broader work in the business. You ensure that the strategy of the market / client group is sustainably supported by optimal levels of people investment and resourcing.
  • Develop the HR Team. You build the HR capability across HR team following the HR Target Operating Model to deliver the business strategy. You build a strong HR talent bench in the team and contribute to the internal succession planning. Continues to contribute to the transformation of the function with a focus on opportunities for operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Enabling and Delivery of the Vision and Values, Employee Engagement and Diversity and Inclusion Agenda. You are a role model and achieve the business vision and values for the market / client group. Along with the leadership team, you build a culture where employees and leaders are sustainably engaged and are passionate about being the "best they can be".

Qualifikationen

  • Experienced in building business relevant HR Strategy
  • 4+ Years of experience implementing HR structures including HR business partners and centres of expertise
  • Experience from matrixed organisations and in "high speed" industries/markets
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • Advanced knowledge of Labour Laws & People Services
  • Business Change Management
  • Influential and courageous
  • Fluent in English
