Job Description
You will work to deliver the HR integration process of a newly acquired business. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the change, implementation and alignment of HR processes and people programs to help achieve our commercial goals.
Supporting the continued development of creating a culture where the best, brightest and the most engaged people are excited by the career opportunities in their market.
You will be reporting to the HR Director for Germany and the M&A HR Director for EMEA, supporting the successful integration of our newly acquired business.
Main Accountabilities
You will have main accountabilities enabling the delivery of HR integration milestones:
- Structure and project manage HR Integration Activities including engagement and culture, retention, compensation & benefits, HR Service Delivery, employee relations, HR systems and Talent Development
- Build relationships with the acquisition counterparts and HR teams
- Manage internal M&A partners and work collaboratively across EMEA & Global
- Assist the project in addressing HR Transactions/People related matters through all stages of integration
- Make recommendations with support of HR Centres of Excellence on the most appropriate change management process for each activity (for example, review of Benefits and design an integration plan with timelines and cost analysis)
- Implementation of important annual HR Activities (Performance Management, Succession Planning, Annual Salary Review, Employee Engagement etc)
- Recognizing and managing sensitivities during integration
- Perform report writing, project planning, data analysis, and development of presentation material
- Focus on employee retention activities
Qualifications
- Completed degree in business or law with a focus on HR management.
- Several years of professional experience as HR Business Partner with experience in all HR areas (recruiting, HR development, training, compensation, benefits, performance and talent management and succession planning)
- You have experience managing international HR projects, are business fluent in English as well as German and have a good command of partner management within the management circle
- Experienced in implementing OD initiatives that support talent, culture and our needs
- Кnowledge of labor, collective bargaining and works constitution law
- Experience of employee retention, compensation and benefits programs.
- Prior change management experience
- Prior awareness or experience of mergers and acquisitions
- Experience using Workday would be ideal but not essential
- А team player with a positive, can-do outlook and a collaborative approach
