Job Description
Role Purpose:
- You will develop social media marketing strategy, managing a team of Associate Directors, Social Media Strategists, and Community Managers to deliver brand right social campaigns that achieve predetermined KPIs.
- Along with Account Leads, you will lead our client relationship, especially client strategy team and will need to develop collaborative ways of working to provide strategic guidance and points of view.
- You will both oversees and do as you push work forward from direct reports through iteration, adding of opportunities and identifying ways to make the work better.
- You will provide expertise on the latest social media tactics and opportunities, including delivering social insights to lead campaigns in partnerships with the Social Creative Lab, Creative & Influencer teams that achieve our goals and that engage and excite a wider range of qualified consumers to the brand.
- You will oversee social media campaigns (by channel), ensuring that all social media best practices and tactics are integrated into the annual master marketing plan, important brand projects, and seasonal campaigns.
- You will collaborate with teams to develop integrated social media marketing plans and partner with the creative leads to push the work to be strategic and culturally relevant.

- You have experience with social analytics and how optimize social content accordingly.
- You will work with social strategists to identify cultural moments/trends worth activating again.
- You will lead the development of team members to create an environment that encourages active participation, creativity, accountability, and team work with paths for advancement and improvement.
Qualifications
- 7 years minimum experience
- Agency experience being a daily to lead on client business and has developed client relationships
- Expertise in the social space and working across all social channels inclusive of YouTube
- Experience working with an entertainment, publishing or sports-focused client
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $136,850 and $160,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
