Job Description
Role Description:
Work directly with the client to understand their needs, write data processing programs and project manage to deliver flawlessly. It's an opportunity to work with top 10 market research firms, or large corporations, leverage Ugam's proven research frameworks and automation, and collaborate with some of the most experienced in market research.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Understand and address client's needs through Ugam's services
Liaise between the client counterpart and team through clear communication on daily work, discussing issues and suggesting solutions, and active participation in review meetings
Design & Development:
Write programs to check the data for any errors using tools like Quantum/TOM/ Wincross/Sherpa Ruby or Askia
Analyze and tabulate market research data by using tools to create tabulation programs and additional analysis
Establish and maintain data processing files
Adhere to communication protocols, operational practices / procedures, and Information security practices
Project Management:
Review project requirements and execute projects independently, delivering error-free output
Assist the supervisor in tasks like developing / executing new procedures, problem diagnosis, client issues etc
Manage internally sponsored benchmarking initiatives & proactive projects on emerging issues
Qualifications
Qualifications/Certifications:
Experience - 4+ years
Bachelors or Masters in Science with a specialization in Computer Science
