Job Description
The Sr. Associate, Digital Reconciliation main responsibility is to manage the throughput of digital invoices from receipt through clearance for payment. Responsibilities include validation of vendor delivery via monthly proof of performance reports, requesting revised invoices from vendors and cross team communication. This position is essential to the day-to-day running within the Financial Operations department and designated account(s). This position requires an individual that works well in a team-based, fast paced, detail-oriented environment. The successful Sr. Associate is resourceful and demonstrates the initiative to problem solve and act as a liaison between media teams, Accounts Payable, and vendors.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Digital Operations Management:
- Manage the end-to-end reconciliation process of digital media campaigns
- Work closely with the internal Media team, Business & Financial Operations, Accounts Payable and external media partners to secure timely receipt and processing of invoices
- Identifying and requesting revised invoices from media suppliers where discrepancies exist (in conjunction with media teams)
- Management of vendor invoices in IPS platform
- Review of media partner open payable/statement of account documents
- Provide consistent and clear reporting of account activity and campaign status
- Ensure adherence to audit compliance guidelines
- Meet client’s quarterly reconciliation timelines
- Resolve reporting and vendor invoicing discrepancies
- Provide guidance to Associates on team, ensuring proper protocol
Client & Internal Relationships:
- Closely collaborate with and support Manager within Digital Reconciliation team (and Finance Operations where applicable)
- Support Media and Business Operations teams in digital discrepancy resolution
- Work with internal finance teams providing status of open items
- Engages with all work-related contacts in a professional & respectful manner
- Possesses mature and professional business acumen in personal and written communications
- Attend, organize and lead all status meetings when appropriate

- Demonstrate active listening skills and ability to apply learning over time
- Recognize recurrent or potential issues and problems, and know when to escalate and propose solutions
- Take clear ownership of assigned tasks
- Participate in brainstorms that will improve processes and reporting

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
• 1-2 years of hands-on digital reconciliation or finance operations experience
• General comfort with accounting and bill/pay procedures
• Familiarity with Prisma and DDS
• Effective time management and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience on a high revenue business is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a similar analytical track
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
