Job Description

Experience : 5 - 8 Years

Must Have Skills :

  1. Email Studio, Cloud Pages
  2. Journey Builder, Automation Studio , Audience Builder
  3. Ampscript, SSJS (Expert)
  4. Data Extension, Query Studio (SQL - Expert)
  5. Data Views (Expert)

Good to Have Skills : 

  1. Custom Block SDK
  2. Integration - SOAP, REST API

Roles & Responsibilities : 

  1. Understanding of Sales Cloud objects and integration.
  2. Ability to build cloud pages (using smart capture) using both content blocks & HTML/CSS & JS.
  3. Leverage Journey Builder to develop multi-touch communications.
  4. Create SQL queries in Automation Studio to segment audiences.
  5. Maintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platform, including troubleshooting, naming conventions, list management, etc.
  6. Create, update and maintain Data extension, Users.
  7. Create complex journeys using Automation Studio.
  8. In depth Understanding of out of the box integrations and custom apps available for Salesforce Marketing cloud.
  9. Ability to build custom forms (smart forms & microsites) and email templates (HTML, CSS, Javascript skills plus)

Qualifications

Qualification : 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
