Job Description

In Your Role, You Are (Accountable for):

  • Proactively partnering to capture and apply consumer first, data driven retail insights.
  • Developing and executing retail strategies by providing and applying territory insights into the briefing process, to enhance the overall planning and execution of retail experiences.
  • Partnering with Brand, Retail Concepts and Design teams in the development of briefs for store concepts to deliver against the strategic vision and defined seasonal KPI’s.
  • Partnering with Product Presentation, Brand and Stores Marketing teams to develop, drive and execute an inspiring and integrated in-store member first journey.
  • Drive distinction in the marketplace by translating marketing campaigns and product launches for different consumer mindsets based on authentic category, brand and cultural moments, across product storytelling, innovation and experience.
  • Lead and develop a world class team with a focus on unleashing creativity and maximizing human potential.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail, retail brand, brand marketing or comparable
  • Additional 2 years’ experience in lieu of degree
  • Confident knowledge of consumer culture
  • Multi-tasking capabilities, with ability to project manage and/or work on a variety of different projects and workstreams at one time
  • Strong people skills, diplomacy and collaborative spirit
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly and work in a constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and shifts as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including meeting facilitation skills and the confidence to give presentations
  • Cross-functional integrated marketing experience, strong background in retail marketing
  • Experience in program management
  • Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives
  • Ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management
