Job Description

The Data Solutions Analyst is responsible for the implementation of standardized reporting dashboards, across the Dentsu Media client portfolio, including support on client’s analytics setup (through e.g. GA, GTM). A Data Solutions Analyst is expected to work diligently to meet our client’s data & reporting needs and assist across on-boarding, data integration, reporting, measurement, advanced analytics, insight development, forecasting and partner identification. 

  • Hands-on experience with reporting & visualization through using data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau or Power BI (for internal and external reporting)  
  • Firm grasp of the Google Marketing Platform (especially Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager) and Google Cloud Platform ecosystem and how it various tools interact across the Google stack 
  • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques (preferably through Adverity) 
  • Interested in learning more about SQL, Python 
  • Highly analytical. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail 
  • Able to work in high pressure environment and resolve client issues 
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams 
  • Demonstrates honesty, integrity, ownership 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years working in the field of digital analytics in an advertising agency or management consultancy 
  • Bilingual English and French. A very good level of English is required for this role as you will work closely with our teams located in Toronto and you will work for anglophone and francophone campaigns.
  • Intermediate HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience 
  • Basic familiarity with various front-end web frameworks, such as Angular 
  • Basic familiarity with CMS/ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and Magento 
  • Experience in server-side tagging and GA4 implementation 
  • Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts and experience in Google Cloud
