Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support a core agency B2B client full-time, with opportunity to jump in on other brands/projects & new business as they arise.
  • Build a comprehensive understanding and successful application of secondary research tools
  • Help build, produce and manage all planning projects, materials and workshops
  • Take responsibility for trends analysis & insight discovery across the category, culture, target audiences, etc. – working to proactively share key learnings with clients. 
  • Work with senior strategy team to set-up research projects and help manage intelligence - through Request for Proposal (RFP) all the way to final insight & recommendation presentation
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data with ability to weave into thoughtful arguments & compelling stories
  • Develop skills for seamlessly partnering with creative teams, from initial brief to final presentation / production

Communication Skills

  • Ability to tell a strong story and explain core thought process
  • Strong aptitude to ask questions and boil down relevant insights
  • Coherent and clear written and verbal presentation skills
  • Strong ability to work both independently & collaboratively with core team members

Client Relationships

  • Ability to comfortably and professionally interact with and present to clients (a skill which we will also help you hone & develop)

Leadership 

  • Natural leader with strong ability to multi-task
  • Team player with desire to partner across departments
  • Self-starter who goes above and beyond on tasks

Qualifications

  • 3+ Years Experience in Advertising, Marketing, or Like-Minded Industry
  • Innate curiosity and aptitude to learn
  • Inherent interest in discovering what makes people tick
  • Desire to be a part of the future of our industry
  • Nice to have: An interest in the world of technology, as well as a distinct ability/drive to comprehend and distill complex subject matter.

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375.

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
