Job Description

MuteSix is seeking a Client Success Manager who is passionate about marketing, technology, and e-commerce.

This role will have a focus on client retention and digital marketing strategy and will work closely with the Client Success and Growth Strategy teams for campaign development, building client relationships, and cross-functional team efforts. Client Success Managers will have the support of Project Managers, Data and Reporting Analysts, and Campaign Managers to ensure MuteSix can offer best-in-class service to our clients.

Our ideal candidate should have experience planning, executing and reporting on digital media campaigns, specifically across Paid Social and Paid Search. She/he should be confident, outgoing, and have the ability to be client-facing throughout the relationship. With a focus on client retention, the role will often involve dealing with clientele - we are looking for someone who has a natural ability to handle business-specific conversations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team to develop culturally relevant and impactful campaigns that connect with consumers
  • Assist in onboarding all incoming clients. Work side by side with account teams to assist with overall marketing strategies
  • Handle day-to-day project tracking and management with internal cross-functional teams (e.g. content, advertising, media strategy, social, etc.)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve internal operations within the campaign teams
  • Possess an understanding of Media Attribution across multiple channels with a focus on holistic measurement.
  • The ability to see the bigger picture and identify opportunities for upselling additional marketing channels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, relevant experience, or Digital Marketing Certification
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a digital marketing or e-commerce, on the client/brand side or experience as an account manager on the agency/vendor side is a plus
  • Experience working at a large media agency is a major plus
  • Familiarity with the fundamentals of Meta, Google and TikTok advertising
  • Intermediate knowledge of content management, CRO, and SEO
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Strong, professional verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with planning and strategizing brand growth
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Media Buyers, and our finance teams to define business needs and translate them into Data Analytics solutions

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400.00 annually.

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
