Job Description

The Digital Delivery Operations Associate is responsible for providing quality media operations support to Dentsu Canada’s Media and Performance brands. The role will support designated clients through execution of media operational activities concerning campaign delivery, ranging from campaign setup, traffic, launch, and optimisation to media reconciliation as well as supplier management. The Digital Media Delivery Operations Associate will ensure client-centric focus on best practice, process, and policy alignment, as well as continuous improvement.  

 

Accountabilities: 

 

  • Coordinates campaign timelines and deliver operational support in coordination with internal and external partners to ensure that appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly and to meet or exceed client specifications.  

  • Engage and maintain relationships across Media Operations, and key partners across all Media brands in Canada.  

  • Partner with team members and leadership in implementing continuous improvement related to client and campaign delivery to make the process more effective for clients and businesses across Canada. 

  • Support brand partners through execution of operational activities involved in campaign delivery – campaign setup, traffic and launch, and optimisation 

  • Support client and internal billing by approving client and intercompany invoices 

  • Reconcile media delivered with supplier and resolve mismatched supplier invoices and discrepancies within the designated timeframe 

  • Create client performance reports by extracting and consolidating data into agreed reporting templates (e.g. post-buy report of media delivered and actual spend, recorded in DAN media systems) 

  • Maintain supplier records in the Demand Side Platform (DSP) 

  • Provide additional operational support as needed 

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary Degree or Diploma.  

  • Previous experience in digital (programmatic, search and social, direct digital) media buying and delivery or operation is considered a strong asset.  

  • Excellent time management and ability to help teams meet urgent deadlines. 

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with multiple stakeholders. 

  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and best-in-class customer service. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Knowledge and proven experience with finance, budgeting, and cost control principles.  

  • Previous experience with media systems such as Adtraq or EAS. 

  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Third Party Ad Servers (DoubleClick DCM and/or AtlasDMT) and rich media or AdTech systems.  

  • Familiarity with technical issues involved in running online ad campaigns.
