We are looking for a Senior Digital Analytics Consultant to join our team of data heroes. You will be responsible for delivering complete digital measurements & analytics solutions. The ideal candidate is an experienced data expert with a proven record of delivering data-driven and persona-based approaches to digital marketing & sales. You should be a versatile self-starter who enjoys delivering complex solutions using the latest technologies and a great team player able to lead our international team with a positive, startup-minded attitude.

You will be part of different projects aimed at supporting the group's clients in improving the performance of their digital assets through the collection of business requirements, the setting of the necessary tracks and the analysis of the data collected.

Job Description

  • Digital Analysis: responsible for design, configuration and deployment of digital tracking/measurement capabilities using standard tools like Google Analytics (both Universal Analytics and GA4) & GTM;
  • Google Analytics – Having extensive tool understanding (account architecture, traffic management, traffic segmentation, custom dimensions and metrics definition and usage, e-commerce features enablement, account user management, data analysis, goals definition and management);
  • GTM – Having extensive knowledge regarding data layer and custom tracking configurations (being able to define data layer measurement concepts, custom variables and triggers based on existing frontend setup, test and debug setup, tag configuration to send data to Analytics and 3rd party platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, affiliates...)
  • Google Data Studio (Google Looker Studio) - Being able to connect data, clean it and transform it. Being able to blend data. Being able to visualize data.
  • Data Protection: Ability to understand Cookie consent management implementations and to configure tracking accordingly to it;
  • Define the best tracking architecture according to business requirements;
  • Google BigQuery/SQL knowledge and Adobe are considered as plus;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a technology-related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, IT, etc.)
  • 3+ years of digital (web/mobile) analytics experience. Complete skills in Google Analytics measurement plan building (from business requests to detailed programming specifications), development and deployments with global instances, including web and mobile.
  • Advanced understanding of digital marketing: hands-on industry experience with SEO, PPC, social media, campaign tagging and conventions
  • Knowledge of advertising solutions like Google (Ads, Display & Video 360, Search, etc.), Facebook Ads, Floodlight, TheTradeDesk, etc..
  • Experience with Analytics data quality process (HubScan, Observepoint)
  • Databases and data manipulation using SQL, relational databases and Excel
  • Experience with frontend technologies (HTML, Javascript)
  • Understanding of the client’s customer life cycle, customer data touchpoints and business processes to collect, analyze and activate this data for various purposes such as marketing, sales, customer service etc.
  • Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
  • Strong team collaboration and organizational skills
