Job Description

This new role was created to support the Commercial Finance Directors and the Client Leadership Teams in the various client compliance reporting.

  • Lead and own the Reporting and Audits of Global and Local clients
  • Manage Client Contract compliance process at market level
  • Manage client credit risk assessments and credit insurance limits

Contribution level:

Key accountabilities:

  • Prepare Client Contract Compliance checklists in collaboration with Commercial Finance Directors, Client and Legal teams.
  • Support the business in monitoring compliance and escalate potential risks identified and build mitigation plans with the relevant stakeholders
  • Participation in Global Training initiatives relating to Contract Compliance Management and responsible for delivering training which is targeted at market teams
  • Build an understanding of the various client contract reporting requirements and communicate to different stakeholders
  • Actively support  global and local client contract compliance audits and media related audits
  • Act as main point of contact for global client reporting and communications with the dentsu Global Team, and ensure reports are submitted timely and accurately. Work closely with business and finance teams to meet tight client reporting deadlines.
  • Prepare quarterly/annually client reporting and provide detailed variance analysis.
  • Prepare Credit insurance applications, internal limit & risk assessment documents in collaboration with the business leads.
  • Build a clear understanding of the commercial and operational terms for clients which are under one’s responsibility
  • Proactively seek to improve how we operate internally and externally, with a strong “how can we do this better” approach
  • Ad hoc analysis as required

Qualifications

  • CPA candidate
  • Internal Audit experience (Preferred)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Commercial Finance or Risk/Contract Compliance
  • Strong technology skills/Advanced Excel capabilities
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization in both oral and written form
  • Ability to prioritize complex and often interrelated tasks
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams in a multi-location and remote work environment
  • Ability to manage fast moving and disparate projects with an ability to prioritize high risk environments with colleagues
  • Self-motivated, driven & able to deliver under pressure
