Performance Media Analyst (fixed term contract)

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to implement and execute Paid Social and Search campaigns, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.

  • Provides proactive day to day implementation, optimization and upload of client campaigns through direct input in-platform
  • Liaises with vendors and third-party reps to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas
  • Interprets performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectives
  • Builds strong relationships across client services team and with client
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Social and performance advertising
  • Ability to effectively communicate the meaning of insights to various stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attentive to detail, particularly when it comes to inputting, maintaining, and pacing budgets as well as campaign and conversion tracking.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in social marketing, search marketing, and/or other highly quantitative, analytical, and results-driven environment
  • Certifications: Google AdWords Fundamentals, Search Advanced, Display, Google Analytics
  • Experience with Google AdWords and Meta Ads Manager mandatory
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must and the ability to produce reports in both formats.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite (Google Sheets, Google Data Studio)
  • Strong mathematical & analytical mindset and interest in data analysis
  • A sense of curiosity, and desire to innovate/test new approaches
