Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CX-CRO Specialist to join our CX and data services team. Our team consists of CX and data strategists, CX design & optimization experts, web analysts and data scientists. The CX management activity is growing at dentsu Finland, with strong traction from the marketing and media sector and benefiting from an already established practice at dentsu globally.

The role is based in our Helsinki office. Strong with 120 experts, strategists and leaders in the marketing and media practice. We are also closely working together with dentsu teams across Northern Europe and the rest of the World for innovating the way brands are built!

Role and Main Responsibilities

  • Consult our clients with opportunities to grow their brand and company results via the improvement consumer experiences and through all its touchpoints
  • Run audits to analyze the CX situation and provide concrete recommendations spanning the relevant areas: content and UI, user experience, user journey, use of technology and data
  • Run the full cycle of CX optimization with our clients: define hypothesis for CX research, design and execute A/B tests, collect and present findings, recommend the next CXO cycle
  • Support our clients in deploying customer personalization features on their digital touchpoint (websites, apps, ads…)
  • Apply your consultative selling skills to dentsu and clients’ tables, as this is the best way to inspire, challenge and innovate
  • Key role in contributing to structure and grow dentsu’s CX practice. In practice: driving presales actions and discussions with clients, actively sharing your knowledge, thoughts and vision internally and externally

As an ideal candidate you

  • possess a can-do attitude and the drive to get things done hands-on
  • have excellent communication skills – as a consultant you will need to be able to explain concepts of CX, UI and data technology to a broad type of stakeholders in English (Finnish is a plus, but not a hard requirement)
  • have experience and ambition in practicing service design methods and approach on concrete client cases
  • have experience in tools used for CRO, A/B testing and personalization (eg. Optimizely, Frosmo, Hotjar)
  • are comfortable in producing customer and behavioral insights and presenting them with data visualization tools (eg. PowerBI, Tableau, Looker Studio)
  • have basic skills in web design (Javascript, HTML, PHP, etc.)
  • have basic skills in web tracking tools (such as GA/GTM, Adobe Analytics, PiwikPro)
