Job Description

As a Media Performance Sales Lead, you are the key person for the expansion and promotion of the Dentsu Non-paid Media service portfolio across the Swiss Romand region. Leveraging Dentsu brand, your role is to drive opportunities to the team by spotting with high precision potential clients and prospects. You will be equipped and supported to the full extent to lead the Swiss Romand market penetration and achieve your sales targets and goals.


Using your experience, knowledge, and skill set you will be able to understand the potential client decision-making process and organizational map. In coordination with team management, you will develop the communication approach to proactively reach out to clients, you have no limitation to cold calling, making the first contact and getting into a conversation, and following up on qualified leads. Going the extra mile, you be able to understand beyond clients' needs and offer them solutions that fit their business goals.

 

Key responsibilities :

  • Develop sales material, pitches and ready-to-use tool kits to present to customers
  • Present, promote and sell Dentsu Non-paid Media Service lines using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Take full responsibility of the lead generation process, CRM and lead management.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Set follow-up appointments to maximize customer satisfaction and keep them aware of our latest developments.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Manage pitch coordination with team members and different stakeholders.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, email campaigns and text messaging.
  • Analyze Swiss Romand's opportunity size, and market potential, track sales, and status reports.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • 2-5 years of proven presales experience in media agencies' service lines.
  • Strong background in digital agency service lines. SEO, SEA, SMM, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) Influencer Marketing & Marketing Automation.
  • Excellent written and communication skills are vital.
  • Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
  • Experienced with CRM platforms (Ex. salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel,..etc).
  • Able to develop and maintain sales funnels and pipelines using provided tools and assets.
  • Being familiar with lead generation data scrapping, and lead extraction from search engines and social platforms (Linkedin) is a plus.
  • Strong ability to do research in a commercial environment, prospect and contact potential customers
  • Highly motivated, organized and self-driven.
  • Self-starter with the ability to think quickly.
  • A team player with a strong and confident personality and a positive attitude with great dedication.
  • Able to take full ownership of the presales process.
