Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Conversion Rate Optimization & UX to join the Performance Experience team. Our team's core objective is driving performance results through data-driven and audience-centric site testing, optimization, and content strategy. Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, you will function as an important member of the team by leading UX and CRO strategies for dentsu Media clients. 

You will be responsible for omni-channel digital strategy development, primary and secondary research, and digital user experience planning. Strong candidates will have a foundation in performance marketing, with experience developing conversion optimization recommendations to solve strategic challenges. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Develop data-driven conversion strategies and user experience strategies based on customer segmentation analysis and qualitative and quantitative data 

  • Increase growth for our clients through compelling data-driven insights, test-and-learn methodology, and rapid execution 

  • Produce cohesive and well-informed strategic plans for clients to bring success to marketing campaigns, applying audience segmentation, customer/consumer behaviors, site analytics, heuristic analysis, consumer pathing analysis 

  • Collaborate with clients and our teams, such as analytics, account, media, and creative, to improve campaigns and ensure deliverables that meet client expectations 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, at least 4 years of experience with conversion analytics and testing tools, web development, UX and digital media 

  • Performed multi-channel marketing and testing strategies 

  • Qualitative and quantitative research:  site polls, user testing, usability, competitive analysis, site analytics 

  • Site analytics: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Hot Jar, Lucky Orange, Content Square 

  • Working knowledge of best-in-class conversion testing platforms:  Adobe Target, Google Optimize, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, Monetate, or Oracle Maxymiser 

  • UX Design & Prototyping software: Sketch, UXPin, or Axure

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78k - $110k. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.  A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
