Job Description

We are on the lookout for an open-minded senior designer obsessed with finding the right solutions, no matter whether the problem requires old-fashioned art direction, or the latest UI technology. We call them Experience Designers: problem-solvers who strive in creating unforgettable digital experiences.

Digital is the common denominator of our projects. Sometimes, it's branding, sometimes it's UI, and sometimes it's marketing; nonetheless, the work we do in the design team can be unfolded in 3 typologies: Concept, Delivery, and Maintenance. These phases define the maturity of any designer in our industry, and while many companies focus on only 1 or 2 of them, our network allows us to deliver under all of them.

In Concept projects, we wear our most creative hat, joining brainstorms, visual explorations, pitching ideas, and asking questions. Ultimately, being a driving force towards, whatever is the vision set for our client - which often involves pitching and presentations. When working with concepts, every idea counts. There is no hierarchy, and we believe designers get the opportunity to challenge themselves and what they know, no matter their level of expertise.

In Delivery projects, we collaborate closely with UX and development to hand over pixel-perfect designs and prototypes for implementation. This is where the love for our craft is at its purest. We work with the highest standards of UI and Interaction design, there is room for any product-minded geek.

In Maintenance projects, we nurture our ongoing clients. Together, we progress towards the project's final vision. We verify its status, we grow the brand and its design system. Designers often help scale features, but also overall continuously improve the product/experience by pitching new opportunities to the client.

Qualifications

You will be specifically involved in the visual/digital aspect of our projects, leading our clients. You are passionate, driven and possess a natural creative flair. You love to experiment and try out ideas and concepts. You are curious, always seeking that extra oomph that can ignite something greater, inspire your colleagues and elevates our clients.

Besides a natural desire to get your hands dirty with any type of project that could enrich you, and help you grow as person and a professional, we would require some solid experience within the field of UI design, design systems and prototyping. Our wide range of projects, normally allows us to find the perfect fit for our people; furthermore we accompany that with a close personal development plan, to make sure you stay on target while having fun.

Preferably, you have 4+ year’s experience, but it depends mostly on your own maturity and how:

  • You are experienced with typography, colour, layout, and imagery and know how to bring these elements together to embody a brand’s personality, voice, and values into digital.
  • You understand how digital brands work, bringing your designs to life across all platforms.
  • You design for systems not screens in isolation and understand the associated complexities.
  • Digital UX principles and digital best practice come naturally to you.
  • Your thoughts are not bound by convention. You are brimming with originality and new creative ideas and approaches. You invent new, original ideas that solve the brief.
  • You’ve got the ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through revisions while paying keen attention to detail.
  • You can demonstrate high-level, hands-on skills in the latest Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Sketch.
  • Any motion graphic experience is a big bonus.
