Job Description

Holistic media consulting with a focus on classic media, taking into account given conceptual guidelines and overriding corporate goals, both client-specific and agency-specific. 

Together with the team, you as Junior Client Service Manager are responsible for the campaign and project management of media services as well as the corresponding internal and external coordination. You are in daily direct contact with clients, service providers and the agency's client team and are jointly responsible for the smooth running of all our agency's media services. We are looking for a communicative personality, with high social competence, first experience in client consulting in a communication agency, first experience in project management and preferably with a relevant qualification. A holistic understanding of online and offline media, their role in communication as well as connected thinking and acting are required. 

You will advise clients on all media services under the guidance of the team, assist in the analysis and interpretation of client briefings and their marketing/communication objectives, develop, present and implement market and results-oriented media strategies under guidance. Other responsibilities include campaign controlling, interpretation of results and optimisation based on market and budget targets. 

Qualifications

Your profile 

  • First experiences in strategy and consulting on media agency side 
  • Cross-media expertise 
  • Strong understanding of marketing and communication 
  • Strategic and tactical way of thinking, strong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers 
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken German) 
  • Detailed knowledge of agency processes 
  • High degree of customer orientation, initiative and negotiating skills 
  • High level of resilience and flexibility 
  • Team player with independent working style 
  • High willingness to take on responsibility 
  • Very good MS Office user skills 

Requirements 

  • Completed apprenticeship or studies  
  • Specialist training or further training in the field of communication or marketing 
  • Distinct understanding of media and corresponding way of thinking and acting 
  • Good comprehension and high willingness to learn 
  • Bilingual D/E, other languages optional
