Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 7+ research analysts.
  • Critical thinking is imperative.
  • Communicating with clients / Stakeholder to understand and document the business objectives.
  • Selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques.
  • Take the lead in managing and delivering research projects.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and build relationships. Identify stakeholder requirements.
  • Ensure SLA commitments and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Continually communicate with stakeholders regarding deliveries.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis to bring new insights and add value to product innovations.
  • Guide the team on selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques.
  • Interpreting data, writing reports, and making actionable recommendations
  • Handle day-to-day operations - work allocation, bandwidth availability & staffing.
  • Well versed with research tools. Should be up to date with the latest research tools & best practices in the Industry.
  • Designing qualitative and quantitative research plans for products in all stages of the Product Life Cycle.
  • Ability to innovate and introduce new research offerings that would add value to Dentsu after speaking with sales teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage and chart the careers of the research team members and mentor them.

Qualifications

About you:

  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years within the Market Research industry
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint
  • Agile, quick thinker, proactive
  • Proven experience with dealing with top-tier clients
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
  • Good troubleshooting skills - identify problems and come up with workable solutions.
  • Has fantastic Analytical skill and Critical thinking.
  • Able to work independently  
  • Team player. Mature and can adapt to Dentsu work culture.
  • Multi-tasker to manage multiple projects at any given time.
  • Experience presenting information both verbally and in writing.
