Job Description

**Note: we are open to candidates throughout EMEA**

As VP, Growth, you will be leading and growing a global team, focused on driving opportunities for new prospective clients and organic opportunities for existing clients. You can build and sustain relationships with senior level clients, becoming a trusted strategic partner. You are capable of leading strategic social opportunities with stakeholders, and you aren’t afraid to jump in and build new bridges across the dentsu network and client business units to drive growth and build cross functional teams.

A successful candidate will be the strategic liaison for clients, internal teams, and partner agencies. You will champion strategically and creatively sharp work, be a true partner to clients, show a passion for the brand and category, and easily navigate a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to build and scale a predictable global sales pipeline with clear KPIs across new and organic business
  • Empower teams through engaging career development practices; maximize learning and productivity while minimizing turnover
  • Lead and inspire a growing Growth team, located remotely and globally, to achieve lead, meeting and closed opportunities
  • Build, scale and deliver on global pitches, including but not limited to having a laser focus on developing a win strategy in global markets
  • Stay ahead of social media and customer care trends to provide proactive thought leadership to prospect pipeline
  • Liaison with internal dentsu service lines to represent and support cross-function new business
  • Fuel agency culture and progress
  • Create applicable development plans for direct reports

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an account team leader/senior client advisor
  • Deep knowledge of social media / digital customer care
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience is required
  • You will be able to demonstrate a passion for all things Social.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with engaging presentation skills.
  • High level of accuracy & attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of account ownership & pride in work.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, monitor, & respond to changes quickly in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to manage tight timelines, both solo and within a team, collaborate with other departments virtually, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary.
  • Strong decision making skills coupled with good judgment.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Good sense of decorum & brand appropriateness.
  • Friendly, diplomatic, & self-starter with the willingness & desire to take initiative & get the job done
