Job Description

The role
 

We’re looking for a Midweight Creative Producer to join our team and help make some excellent work. Working with the Programme Manager and Client Service Team, on one of our key accounts - a well-loved travel brand, you’ll help us deliver brilliant creative across digital channels including CRM, Content, Social and Paid Media.

  • You’ll have a proven track record of delivering similar types of work in an agency environment
  • From brief to delivery, you’ll be the first point of contact for our creative team, managing Senior Creatives, Freelance Designers, Copywriters and the HTML team
  • Overseeing production of copy matrices, email, animations and videos for social, banners, content and campaign landing pages. Ensuring that everything produced is to the standard the Clients and Creative Director expect
  • Managing rounds of amends and feedbacks in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with our partner ATL agency on campaign consistency across all channels
  • Working with our partner Media Agency to confirm deliverables for paid campaigns and capture requirements in delivery sheets to brief the creative team and supply for trafficking
  • Delivering content to the client’s web team for upload to the website in their content template and imagery to their digital asset management library
  • Working closely with the Programme Manager to manage resourcing, timelines, and budget
  • Liaising with resourcing teams within the agency
  • Keep the Client Service team up to date on progress and any issues that they should be flagged to the client
  • Helping solve issues that might block delivery and Qa’ing any work before final supply

Qualifications

Skills required

  • 2-4 years’ experience working within an agency environment in a creative producer / project manager capacity
  • Experience with briefing creatives and managing their deadlines
  • Experience managing integrated creative digital projects
  • Experience in turning media plans into creative deliverables
  • Experience in creating detailed timing plans against required resources, milestones and deadlines
  • Experience with DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimisation)
  • Experience with organising and producing shoots and managing third-party contractors / production companies
  • Confident communicator and creative problem-solver
  • Team management - a real team player who loves working collaboratively and has an instinct for liaising with creatives
  • Time management – High levels of organisation with brilliant multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects at once
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Client relations – keen to liaise with clients and key stakeholders
  • Confident in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with different project management tools is a plus
