Job Description

The Manager, Client Services is responsible for supporting the agency relationship with one large retail client, and will be responsible for project managing workflows across internal teams, effectively contributing to both tactical and  strategic deliverables, and driving the overall business analysis.

  • Mines data, provides insights and offers recommendations (to Associate Director) on business-oriented challenges/opportunities
  • Demonstrates understanding of client’s business/competitive marketplace (can effectively anticipate questions, demonstrates broader business implications and addresses or pushes back on questions/inquiries)
  • Manages the development and delivery of a variety of client deliverables ranging from campaign reports to status documents
  • Operates as client’s daily contact on project status & requests, while coordinating cross-department
  • Research competitors and generate POV’s about the marketplace and implications for the client
  • Proactively recognizes opportunities and demonstrates intellectual curiosity and creativity in generating business ideas with Team
  • Detail oriented and can manage large volume of projects at given time, helping manage workflows, timelines and managing Client expectations
  • Assists with logistics, presentations, and pitch materials for business growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of agency experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Ideally some experience and knowledge with paid media channels, such as paid search, shopping, paid social, programmatic, TV, and Radio.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing every day
  • Focused on proactive, solution and outcome oriented recommendations (
  • Flawlessly execute projects with strong attention to detail
  • Exhibit passion for the work –  willing to advocate for internal teams and for their ideas
  • Proactively recognizes opportunities and demonstrates intellectual curiosity

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,00 - $80,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.  A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
