Job Description

As a Senior Designer at Dentsu Creative you have the passion, ideas, and chops to help us push what design can be. You may have previously been playing a more supportive role in the design process, but now you’re taking the lead. You have an understanding of web development and the drive to learn and explore new ideas. You must be able to wear multiple hats, juggle projects and excel at working in a fast-paced environment. You must possess strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a team. Above all, you must love design and be open-minded to working on an array of projects that span the digital space.

You will work on a variety of digital design projects for General Motors and other clients, including virtual showrooms, mobile experiences, web pages, social activations and more. 

In this position you will:

  • Design and create digital solutions for a variety of clients across a number of business verticals.
  • Participate in defining digital brand visual identity systems and atomic design pattern libraries.
  • Participate in the creation of design concepts, visual design comps, clickable prototypes, and more.
  • Design and create content assets for digital experience platforms and digital/social marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members to design and create pitch decks for new business pursuits
  • Present work in internal and client meetings, and personally articulate rationale for design decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or related university design program); or commensurate experience
  • Fluency with Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC
  • Strong experience in digital, UI and visual design
  • Eagerness to take on design challenges, collaborate and grow professionally.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
  • A portfolio that exemplifies excellent UI and visual Design, compelling ideas, and solid usability

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000 - $121,500. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.  A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
