Job Description

The Account Manager, Client Services will lead our internal client teams and create client relationships across all lines of business. You will develop a high-quality team and client bonds while assuming responsibility for most daily client contact and team operations.

  • Find appropriate merchandising moments and identify areas of opportunity to grow account and increase revenue
  • Identify red flags and recommend proactive solutions to mitigate risk
  • Contribute to and develop scopes of work and quarterly business/account reviews
  • Oversee cross-department involvement and use of resources
  • Lead the majority of client communications, set expectations, and manage quality of deliverables to deadline
  • Present recommendations and POVs that inspire creativity
  • Oversee client budget management, the billing process and help with forecasting
  • Contribute to content for new business presentations and participate in client-facing business growth discussions

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of account management experience
  • Proven record of leading cross-functional teamwork
  • Strong presentation, motivational and persuasion skills
  • Ability to make judicious decisions for both the client and team
  • Thorough understanding of establishing and nurturing a teamwork-focused culture
  • Acts with integrity and displays strong character

    Additional Information

    The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $106,000. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
