Job Description

Carat is searching for a Senior Manager, Paid Search to support one of its largest clients, a global high tech company. Reporting to the Associate Director, Search, you will lead paid search team members in daily account management and implementing strategy, tracking performance against goals, and adherence to deadlines, among other topics. 

You Will:

  • Develop strategy in partnership with client services team and Paid Search Director. 

  • Be as comfortable delegating tasks as you are with getting in the weeds and executing on your own. 

  • Be the daily point of contact for the client, responsible for leading meetings and calls, as well as Search Engine and third-party reps. 

  • Lead two direct reports, managing their professional growth. 

  • Ensure best practice and adoption of new features or processes 

  • Partner with other channel teams to ensure consistency across channels 

  • Participate in QBR and other client updates. 

 

Qualifications

You Have: 

  • 3+ years of experience in Paid Search marketing. 

  • Knowledge of search engines and third-party tools 

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and strong analytical capabilities 

  • Project and resource management skills 

  • Experience working with financial data and budgets

The anticipated salary range for this position is 59K-92K. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.  A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
