Job Description

As a Community Manager you will create content (copywrite) and manage the brand pages of multiple well known and trusted brands with the Dentsu Creative network. This includes content posting, comment moderation and engagement, risk escalation, and idea generation, working alongside the Social Strategist and Content Creators. You will be required to be attentive and detail oriented as well as empathetic and connected to culture at large. Although majority of work will take place M-F, where/when required, occasional weekend monitoring could be required. All posting, content, comments, etc. are to follow brand guidelines and voice as well as overarching activation policies. 

Job Description 

  • Lead community management with the support of strategy leadership 

  • Content planning, copy writing and working collaboratively to create monthly content calendars 

  • Scheduling and posting approved content  

  • Driving brand engagement by responding to and engaging with comments in a timely manner 

  • Work closely with the Strategist and Content creator to lead and ideate, produce and optimize best-in-class social media content (Evergreen, Campaign and Reactive)  

  • Work in collaboration with creatives, partners and clients to land and activate creative ideas  

  • Leverage analytics and audience insights, historic performance and KPIs to adapt content and community management approach 

  • Strategic insights generated via past performance, industry tools/surveys, engagement with the community. Preparing and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual reports 

  • Escalation of potential issues or opportunities via pre-established escalation framework 
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree  
  • Min. 1-year relevant experience in social media (agency background preferred) 

  • Deep knowledge and passion for all social platforms – how they work, formats, platform tools etc. 

  • Experience as a copywriter  

  • Can work independently and manage time well 

  • Experience running social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.)  

  • Proficient in social media analytics and listening tools such as Meltwater, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, etc.  

  • Be Innovative to deliver creative solutions to problems that are driven by data  

  • Available to work outside of Monday - Friday
